Wendy
Wendy was whelped 4/27/2000, the only bitch in a litter of 4 puppies. Her extraordinary promise was evident from early on and she did not disappoint. Her show record includes Best in Sweepstakes at the ECSC of SEW and Winner’s Bitch from the Puppy Classes. She went on to win the ECSCA National Specialty Sweepstakes in 2001. She was shown very sparingly and had multiple group placements. From her first litter sired by Ch. Cascade’s Bold N’ Carefree, she produced three champions:Ch. Itoba Alvin Ailey, Ch. Itoba Martha Graham and Ch. Itoba Twyla Tharp. Her second litter sired by Ch. Edgewood Vendetta, produced the group and supported show winner, Ch. Itoba Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong, and her sister, Ch. Itoba Little Miss Marker. Her final litter to Ch. Itoba Purplehart Eros produced three champions, Ch. Itoba Love American Style, Ch. Itoba American Dream and Ch. Itoba American Beauty.

Perhaps Wendy’s most famous daughter was the blue roan bitch, Ch. Itoba Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.
Serena was whelped 4/19/2006, sired by Ch.Edgewood Vendetta, a mating suggested by Bonnie Threlfall. She made her debut as an 8 month old puppy, winning her first major. She was Reserve Best in Sweepstakes at the 2007 English Cocker Spaniel Club National Specialty. In the fall of 2007, Serena went to live with Kellie Fitzgerald, and easily finished her title with a 5 point win under breeder judge Virginia Lyne. Under the co-ownership of David Rand, Serena began her specials career at the Seaboard ECSC specialty, winning Best of Breed under Michelle Billings. Under the expert guidance of Kellie, Serena was number one bitch all systems for 2008 and 2009, winning multiple groups and group placings. We are forever grateful for David Rand and Kellie Fitzgerald for such an amazing specials campaign for Serena.

Ch.Itoba Purplehart Eros distinguished himself at the English Cocker Spaniel Club of America National in 2003 by going Winner’s Dog, from the 9-12 Puppy Class. “Loki”, owned by Joanne Copeland completed his championship, as did his brother, “Phillip” under the skilled guidance of Margie Wilson.
